I paid a visit to this beautiful restaurant yet the service of some hall staffs were not so professional when meeting on crisis. I accompanied along with 2 other adults and a child, the kid's dish was not served until main course were consumed. I guess it is either kitchen has forgotten about it or simply the order didn't go through. It would've been better to tell us about the situation than telling us to "Wait please, the food is on the way." However the ladies at the desk were trying to settle and compensate the issue.

GRANDHOURS is my favorite place in all of Tenjin! Excellent food and service every. single. time. They have never dropped the ball once! The waiters are attentive and friendly and the chefs always put their foot in the food, making it an excellent dining experience all the way round. I will never stop recommending this restaurant. Great for birthdays, anniversaries, dates, dining with friends and even dining alone.

You can enjoy delicious food in a wonderful space! I'm very satisfied! The food was delicious, and I thought the staff's customer service was wonderful with a smile and politeness. There was a limited time menu with seasonal oysters, so I'm looking forward to the other seasonal specials♪ Blue crab tomato sauce pasta with unlimited cheese!

Friday night visit. I made a reservation to visit the rooftop beer garden that uses ingredients from Hokkaido for a limited time. Although it was outside, fans were also placed at each table, It was getting cooler as the night progressed. The stylish atmosphere quickly filled the seats. Corona drinking at this location is the best. You can easily enjoy barbecue. Rather than going on a date, it may be better to go with colleagues or friends and get excited. It is recommended to make a reservation as it is for a limited time!

Visited for the first time as a birthday dinner gift from my daughter. This is what our generation calls an "Ita Meal Restaurant." I got what I wanted as a single item rather than as a course. Please note that the individual dishes are large enough to serve 3-4 people!The sauce is generally delicious, so every dish is delicious (there is a menu on the homepage).The mozzarella cheese and tomato appetizer is definitely recommended! The fish is also delicious, the sashimi salad, and today's recommended fish are a must.I had the tongue, which was very tender and can be eaten with salt, wasabi, or any other sauce you like. The potatoes that come with it are delicious, and I'm uploading photos of the dishes I ate.
